JEM Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

 

JEM has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from jempass.com, you have 15 days from the date of shipping to request a return* for a full refund (less the cost of return shipping). The following terms apply.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must contact us via our online Return Request form within 15 days of your order’s ship date. We will provide you a return authorization number, which must be included with your returned item.
  2. You must return the item you purchased to receive a refund. Returned items must be in good condition, without physical, functional or cosmetic damage when we receive it. Returned items must also be in original packaging, and must include all accessories including charging dock, charging cable and user manual.
  3. Prior to returning your item, you must reset the JEM device in accordance with instructions we provide at the time of return authorization. This ensures that all your data, including your fingerprint, is erased from your device.
  4. Your return must be received by us within 15 days of the date we authorized your return.

Please note that you will lose your ability to use your purchased product, including JEM hardware and JEM apps, as well as access to your data (passwords) stored in the JEM apps, once you request a return. It is your responsibility to ensure that you retain your data, including passwords, stored in JEM. Our product design makes it impossible for us to decrypt your data, including your passwords at any time, whether or not you return your purchase.

*Shipping and handling charges, and international taxes paid (such as customs, duties, or VAT), are not refundable.
